As you step inside, the lively ambience envelops you. With live music enhancing your dining experience, it's no wonder customers rave about the vibrant atmosphere. The menu boasts a variety of options, from hearty cheese enchiladas to flavorful tortilla soup. While some dishes shine brighter than others, the overall impression is one of satisfaction. Levi Rubin highlights that while the enchiladas are some of the best he's ever had, the tortilla soup didn't quite hit the mark. Still, the positive vibes and live entertainment more than compensate for any minor shortcomings.

The portions at Crossroads are substantial, making it a great stop for those looking to indulge. Jaziel Ortiz describes the food as "AMAZING" and commends the large servings typical of Mexican cuisine, making it an excellent choice for families and groups. The attentive staff members, frequently praised for their friendliness and swift service, are dedicated to ensuring your visit is enjoyable. While the buffet on weekends draws particular attention, many guests, like Tung Pham, appreciate the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes in one sitting. However, be aware that the buffet is available only on Saturdays and Sundays. It's a great way to explore multiple options at once, which can appeal to both newcomers and those returning to the restaurant for their favorites.

The quality of food at Crossroads is matched only by the affable service. Many guests recall their experiences fondly, like Desiree Walker, who was delighted by the warmth shown by her waitress after years away from Tucson. It's this blend of excellent food, impressive service, and a delightful atmosphere that makes Crossroads Restaurant a standout choice for both locals and visitors alike.

Next time you're in Tucson, make your way to Crossroads Restaurant. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned patron, the food, service, and lively environment promise to make your dining experience memorable. Some things are better than others, but the sum of the experience is quite positive. I got a cheese enchilada (very good, one of the best enchiladas I’ve had) and tortilla soup (pretty lackluster). The atmosphere was vibrant including a singer that was on stage for our entire meal. Chips and salsa were solid (salsa being better than the chips). Price is very good, with good offers available. It is good and authentic with a genuine atmosphere that would make this a fine choice! I took a visitor from California here, and he seemed to like it. I think Crossroads is a good mix of being authentic while being accessible to anybody. I was slightly disappointed with my quesadilla, but it wasn’t problematic. My margarita was good

Great first time experience. Website shows buffet on that Saturday. Only on Sundays. The chicken nachos was abundant. The waitress was awesome. The whole atmosphere grade A. When I am in town again, I will definitely eat there again. I have to try the buffet. Highly recommend this restaurant. Clean and many waiters and hosts. Very busy restaurant. 2 months later, I'm back. Delicious

The food is AMAZING. Large portions compared to other local spots for Mexican Food. The service provided by the waitress was exceptional. I wish I could remember her name. Very friendly and went the extra mile on our visit with great charisma. Please make her a manager in the future. The kitchen did a good job on food turnaround and the food was wonderful. Also, the locale is very cute Mexican themed. Would HIGHLY recommend. 10 out 10 and more.

Great place. We went here because there was no wait on a Saturday night but let that not be a testament to what we got- the service and food were worth a wait if there had been one. Good chips and salsa, sangria and margs, and main courses. I had the shrimp soup (not sure how they make shrimp into meatballs but it worked for me) and the broth was so flavorful. Also our waitress was very sweet and attentive. All around good experience. 2/9/22 update- went here again almost a year later and had another 5/5 experience. Honestly the baby cactus in beef sauce dish was soooo good I’d be here all the time if I lived in town

My first time ever been to a Mexican restaurant buffet. They only serve buffet on Saturday and Sunday. No buffet during the weekdays as stated on the website. It's my first time saying that I enjoy most of the food on the buffet. I enjoyed the hard shell beef tacos and the fried fish. I usually don't like fried fish dur to lack of seasonings but this place hit the nail for me. The only section I didn't enjoy was the soup. Not for me but pretty sure it just doesn't apply to my taste. Great service and friendly staffs. They also have live music. Plenty of parking around the restaurant.
